Founder
MD BAYEZID HOSSEN is the Founder and Cinematographer of LensCraft Production, with over 7 years of professional experience in cinematography and commercial film production. He leads the creative and visual direction of projects, working with brands and organizations to deliver high-quality visual content with a strong focus on storytelling, creativity, and production excellence.
Creative Director
Imran Hossain Rocky With 10 years of experience in film and video production, he specializes in directing TVC, OVC, Documentaries, AV and Corporate films. He has directed Documentaries for leading organizations including UNDP Bangladesh, PKSF, and other prominent NGOs, as well as projects for leading brands and organizations across Bangladesh.
Manager – R&D & Marketing
Firoz Kabir is an R&D and Marketing professional with 5 years of experience in market research, business development, strategic marketing, and project planning. He works across research, client requirements, market insights, and marketing initiatives to support business growth and develop effective, market-focused solutions.
Motion Designer and Video Editor
Shihab Hossain is a Motion Designer and Video Editor with over 5 years of professional experience. He specializes in creating brand-focused visual content, motion graphics, promotional videos, and digital campaigns, combining creative storytelling, clean editing, and refined animation to deliver engaging and effective visual communication.
How we crew a project
Every project is staffed to the brief — a two-person documentary unit, a full narrative crew, or a multi-camera team for events. The same people who plan the film are the ones on set.
